This is where everything starts to click. Advanced Pulse is designed for clients ready to move beyond the basics and refine their strength, control, and precision. Expect more complex movements, dynamic transitions, and advanced progressions that build on your foundation and challenge your coordination and stability.

This is not about rushing. It’s about mastering the work.

Advanced Pulse – Checklist

You're ready to level up when:

You've completed 30–40 classes

You're comfortable with class flow and common terminology

You're able to maintain a neutral spine and pelvis, focus on breath, and engage your core without constant cues

You recognize and can confidently and consistently perform most foundational exercises
