For safety reasons, anyone arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted to class. Please reach out to us for a class refund or credit. Thank you for understanding.

We have a $10 no-show fee for any missed class and a $10 late-cancel fee if you cancel within 4 hours of the start time. We enforce this policy to help ensure that class spots stay available and clients are able to book the times they want without being impacted by unused reservations.

Yes! All of our instructors are highly trained and certified to modify or intensify movements based on your fitness level. Our classes are great whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a pro.

You can book a class on our website at www.pulsepilatesbayside.com or through our app, Pulse Pilates Bayside, available on both the Apple and Android stores.

Your membership renews every 30 days from the date of purchase. For example, if you purchase an 8-class membership on 11/15, your next billing date will be 12/15, and your 8 classes are usable between 11/15 and 12/15 (not by the calendar month).

Yes, you can cancel the 4, 8, or 12-class memberships after one month. The only membership that requires a longer commitment is the Pulse Unlimited: 3 Month Contract, which has a 3-month contract. The Pulse Unlimited Founders Membership can be cancelled after one month as well, but please note that your rate will no longer be locked in at the founders pricing if you choose to cancel.
