Join us for Pilates in the Park this April ☀️

We’re hosting free, beginner-friendly mat Pilates classes every Saturday from 9:30–10:30am. This is the perfect opportunity to get outside, move your body, and experience what Pilates is all about in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

The class will be held in the park directly across from our studio at 8601 Sunset Blvd., Rowlett, TX.

Whether you’re brand new or just looking for a fun way to stay active, all are welcome.

Each class will also include a raffle where we’ll be giving away 3 free classes to attendees 🎉
