Expect more complex movements, dynamic transitions, and advanced progressions that build on your foundation and challenge your coordination and stability.

Advanced Pulse – Checklist

You're ready to level up when:

You've completed 30–40 classes

You're comfortable with class flow and common terminology

You're able to maintain a neutral spine and pelvis, focus on breath, and engage your core without constant cues

You recognize and can confidently and consistently perform most foundational exercises
